By accessing or using WriteRescue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. WriteRescue is operated by Lysara Productions ("we," "us," or "our"). WriteRescue is a product within the Oxcura suite of freelancer tools, developed and maintained by Lysara Productions.

2. Description of Service

WriteRescue provides tools and resources to help freelance writers protect their careers, including scam detection analysis, payment demand letter generation, contract review, and rate calculation tools. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Important: WriteRescue is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The contract review and demand letter tools generate AI-assisted content for informational purposes only. For legal matters, please consult a qualified attorney.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

WriteRescue offers Free, Starter ($7/month), Pro ($15/month), and Team ($39/month) plans. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in bulk
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the AI-generated content as a substitute for qualified legal advice
• Submit false or misleading information to the analysis tools

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lysara Productions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

AI-generated outputs (demand letters, contract analyses, etc.) are provided to you for your personal use. You may use, modify, and distribute these outputs for your own professional purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE SCAM DETECTION AND CONTRACT ANALYSIS TOOLS ARE AI-ASSISTED AND MAY NOT IDENTIFY ALL RISKS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYSARA PRODUCTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
